The German-style beer house will be opened by Mike (Scoats from the Grey Lodge) Scotese at the site of the former Blue Ox in Fox Chase… Downingtown’s Victory Brewing is growing again. The brewery is expected to take delivery next week of eight 440 bbl fermenters to boost its annual capacity to about 100,000 bbl a year.
