Victory’s Baltic Thunder is finally flowing this weekend, and I take a look at the porter in this week’s column. If you can’t make it to tomorrow’s (1/5) debut at the Drafting Room (635 N. Pottstown Pike, Exton), it’ll soon be on tap at a bunch of locals, including these city joints: Tria, Monks Cafe, The Belgian Cafe, Standard Tap, Johnny Brenda’s, Ten Stone, Brigid’s, and O’Neals.
