| SIXPACK SEZ: The British empire meets Sonoma County. Take a big, dark stout, sweeten it with molasses and brown sugar, then bitter it with Cascades and Chinook. I don't know what they're smoking out there in California wine country, but blow some my way. Hell, blow it all the way across the Atlantic so the Brits can re-learn how to make this full-flavored style. |
